What happens in case of rain?Rain checks will be issued only if the park is closed due to bad weather. No rain checks will be issued within one (1) hour of closing. No refunds will be issued.

Is food available for purchase at the park?Raging Rivers has a variety of resturants. We sell amazing grilled hamburgers, traditional chicken tenders, hot dogs, salads, wraps, pizzas made at the park, Mexican food, Hersey ice cream, Mini Melts, funnel cakes, and many other meal items. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the waterpark. Picnic areas are located outside the park in our parking lot area.

Can we bring our own food and drink into the park?Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the park, with limited exceptions: • Sealed bottled water. • Baby Food (formula). We offer a wide variety of restaurants and snack options throughout the park. You make also leave the park to eat - simply have your hand stamped before exiting so you may return the same day.

Can I wear shoes in the park?We do suggest you wear comfortable sandals or aqua shoes; however, shoes are not allowed on any of our slides. We don’t recommend street shoes. "Heely" and "Rollies" style shoes are not permitted. Wheels must be removed or retracted from shoes.

If I forgot my bathing suit, do you have suits for sale?Our retail shop is well-stocked and has everything you may need to enjoy the fun and sun at Raging Rivers. We have a large selection of merchandise which includes men’s, women’s and children’s suits, t-shirts, tank-tops, and a variety of hats, sunglasses, shoes, beach towels, and sunscreen.

Are there changing rooms, showers, and lockers available?Our Bathhouse is equipped with showers and changing facilities. All day lockers are available for purchase at the kiosk on our locker deck. Lockers are $6 for a small locker and $10 for a large locker.

Are tubes available?We provide tubes free of charge for all attractions that require a tube. We do not supply free tubes for Breaker Beach Wave Pool. You may rent our single or double tubes for use at the Wave Pool. For rental, single tubes $6 and double tubes are $10.

Does the concrete get hot at Raging Rivers Waterpark?Yes, on hot days the concrete does get hot. For our guests' comfort we strongly recommend water shoes, flip flops or sandals. You can hold your shoes going down all attractions or leave them at the bottom of the ride.

Is there a charge for parking?Parking is $5 per vehicle. Premier and Platinum Season Pass holders, school and charter buses park for FREE.

Can I bring my own flotation device?For the safety of all of our guests, no rafts, water wings, personal life jackets, etc. will be allowed into the park unless they are Coast Guard approved. We do sell Puddle Jumpers in our gift shop and have free life jackets for use throughout the park.

Are towels provided?Please bring your own beach towels or we have them available for purchase in our retail gift shop.

Are life jackets provided?Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. They are for small children and non-swimmers. There are life jacket trees located throughout the park. You are also welcome to bring your own Coast Guard approved life jacket.

What happens if I get separated from my party?To avoid becoming separated from your party, plan to meet at a designated area before you begin your day. If your small child gets lost, please find the nearest staff member.

Do you have a dress code?Appropriate swim attire required; no provocative, thong or thong-like bathing suits, swim attire with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments. Appropriate swim attire rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply with any part of the dress code may result in ejection from the park without refund.

What are the behavior rules?Foul language and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. No outside alcohol, weapons, knives or firearms are allowed in the premises. No running, smoking, vaping, spitting, or throwing of objects permitted. No solicitation or distribution of literature on park property unless approved by management. Each Guest must also comply with the Rider Responsibility code as mandated by the State of Illinois.

Can my small child wear diapers?For safety of all guests, children two (2) years and younger must wear a swim diaper when in the water. Reusable swim diapers are available for purchase in our retail shop.

How do I re-enter the park once I leave?Be sure to have your hand stamped at the Front Gate as you leave if you wish to return to the park that day and be sure to keep your parking ticket handy if you choose to leave the parking lot.

Do you have an ATM?If you're short of cash, there is an ATM located inside the retail store.

What type of restrictions do you have on each of your rides?Breaker Beach Wave Pool - No height restriction. Runaway Rafts - Must be able to carry own tube. One person per tube. Shark Slide - Must be able to carry own tube. One person per tube. Treehouse Harbor - Fun for all ages. Slide only for children. Swirlpools - Must be 48" and taller and a strong swimmer. Deepest water in park, 7'. Itty Bitty Surf City - For our small guests 42" and under. Cascade Body Flumes - No tubes. Endless River - Fun for all ages. Small children may ride with parent. Mississippi Monster- Under 300 lbs and must be 48" and taller.

Do you have First Aid personnel?Raging Rivers is committed to ensure the safety of our guests. The park employs certified Ellis and Associates Lifeguards during operating hours and during any special function. First Aid is located just past the retail store.

What is the smoking policy?Raging Rivers is a non-smoking park; however, you may get your hand stamped and smoke in the parking lot where benches are provided.

When are the Fourth of July fireworks?We highly recommend the City of Grafton fireworks show. Please visit the city website for more information by using the button below.

Are there other things to do around Grafton and Alton, Illinois?Absolutely! Be sure to visit Enjoy Grafton's Website as well as the Alton Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau for many things to see and do in the area.
